Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is typically 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is typically 15-25 business days after shipment.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping to your location.
Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped out as soon as possible.
